At Raiana's Vibes, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form provided.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
